Ingredients for 6 people
2 glasses of white flour
100 grams of walnut kernels
Dates 250 grams
Butter 200 grams
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder
Powdered sugar, pistachio or coconut for decoration

Ranginak recipe
first stage
To prepare the delicious color, we first take the butter out of the refrigerator and set it aside until it softens a little at room temperature. We sift the flour and place a medium pan on low heat and pour the flour into it and fry continuously until it becomes almost golden in color.
second stage
Then we add the butter to it and mix the ingredients with a spoon and fry continuously (of course, you can first pour the butter into the pan and then add the sifted flour after it melts and fry until it becomes golden) until the butter melts completely.

How to make Ranginak
Then we add cinnamon and cardamom powder to the ingredients and roast until the aroma of cardamom and cinnamon is completely absorbed by the ingredients, and after about 2-3 minutes, we remove the pan from the heat and continue roasting. Let the ingredients not burn due to the heat of the pan.
The fourth stage: Ranginak recipe
